Thor: The Dark World Re-shoots (More Loki!) & Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters Teaser Trailer

With the release date of Thor: The Dark World looming ever closer (30th October international, November 8th United States), the makers of the film have decided this would be a fantastic time to re-shoot some more scenes. But don't worry, director Alan Taylor has insisted that this isn't because they have 'screwed something up' they simply have 'time and money' to add new scenes in order to make the most of what they have available to them. By far the best news about these re-shoots have been the announcement that there will be more Loki! Three cheers for Loki!

Taylor said that - "we shot a fun connective scene with Tom Hiddleston recently, because we realised how well Loki was doing in the movie and we wanted to do more with him. And boy do the fans love it!" - No, really? Fingers crossed these new amendments and additions will be welcomed and suitable (but really, more Loki can only be a good thing). Next up is the new teaser trailer for Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters, which has an initial release date of February 14th 2014, no doubt for all the valentines lovebirds (now where did I leave that bucket...) however, before the whole idea of teen vamps in a movie again has anyone running for the hills, I'll be quick to stress that there may be more in this (at least we hope). The film, based on the books from Richelle Mead, comes to you courtesy of Mark Waters and Daniel Waters, and follows the young Rose Hathaway, a dhampir & guardian in training, who shares a one-sided psychic bond with Lissa, a Moroi princess. Looking at the trailer, it looks as if there's going to be some highly appreciated action to accompany the rest of this whole weird affair. Watch the trailer below and judge for yourself.
